Bharat, the official remake of "Ode to my Father" (South Korean movie) released today.   This EID will be a good treat to Salman fans, as last two years'  movies Race 3 and Tubelight were disappointing.   The movie is about a 70 year old Bharat's  life with ups and downs, where in the protagonist takes up petty jobs and just moves on.  Initially, it was Priyanka Chopra who was supposed to take the female lead, but she dropped the project due to wedding and Katrina Kaif stepped in, who does justice to her role.

Other actors Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff and Sonali Kulkarni are reasonably good enough.  Can't understand why Disha Patani was casted, though a petty role by Tabu is welcome.

Its thrid collabration of Ali Abbas Zafar and Salman.  Though Marigold was disastrous, sports drama Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai were blockbusters.

Director has included everything which could make a complete Salman movie with little bit emotional content.  Vishal-Shekhar delivered peppy numbers, some of which were blend to the situations.   Overall it a neat entertainer.
